We strongly recommend booking all visits and tastings in advance, especially during peak season from May to September. Walk-in visitors are welcome during our regular opening hours for a brief look around the shop and grounds, but all guided tastings and experiences require a reservation. Our tasting room, shop, and main courtyard are fully wheelchair accessible with level entry and accessible restrooms. The vineyard paths are gravel-surfaced and can be uneven in places, which may present challenges for wheelchair or mobility scooter users. We offer a modified tasting experience that takes place entirely within our accessible facilities. Please let us know about any accessibility needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Children are welcome to visit the vineyard and enjoy the grounds with their families. Non-alcoholic grape juice tastings are available for younger visitors. Please note that children must be supervised at all times, as the vineyard is a working agricultural site. During tasting experiences, we can provide activity packs and refreshments for children aged 4 to 12.

Yes, we ship throughout Ireland with standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is complimentary for orders of six bottles or more. For international orders, we currently ship to the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All recipients must be 18 years of age or older, and proof of age may be required upon delivery.

We offer the vineyard and barrel room for private events including corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, and intimate wedding receptions. Our spaces can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests. Private event packages include exclusive vineyard access, a curated wine tasting, and catering options from our partner chefs. Please contact us with your event details and preferred dates, and we will put together a bespoke proposal for you.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tasting are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours will receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking cannot be refunded, as food and wine preparation will already be underway. If you need to reschedule, simply contact us and we will do our best to accommodate a new date.
